9-year-old Elena Rawding of Universal Cheer is our CKBW Athlete of the Week!
Elena is a very enthusiastic member of her Cheer Team – Aries.
With only one previous year of experience, she practices every day to improve her skills and be a vital part of her team.
Elena also participates in Basketball at her Elementary School, North Queens, and plans to be a part of run club this spring.
She approaches all of her sports endeavours with great respect and enthusiasm for herself, her club and her teammates.
Way to go, Elena! As Athlete of the Week, she won $50 to Cleve’s Source for Sports in Bridgewater!
