Our Athlete of the Week is 14-year-old Malachi Smith-Colp of New Germany

Malachi’s Mom says:
This is Malachi’s 4th and final year participating in Seahawks Minor Football Club. He absolutely loves football, he looks forward to the season starting every August. He is one of the best offensive linesman on his team and has held the title of King of the board for 4 years now and he brought home MVP for his game on September 19th.
He was invited to the 2020 Football Nova Scotia Awards Banquet where his coaches nominated him for an MVP offense award. Malachi has also held the title of Captain for his team for 2 years now.
Malachi is a goofy fun loving kid that loves spending time with his team mates and always shakes their hand before he has to do his thing as a linesmen at practice.
