Barrington parade to honour firefighters

It’s a chance to say thank you to our heroic firefighters.

A parade is planned this Saturday through Barrington for all the first responders that helped battle the largest wildfire in our province’s history.

It will start at 11 a.m. at TL Swaine Ltd, and finish at Causeway Interiors.

A meet and greet will be held at the Barrington Lions Hall after.

It’s being presented by the Barrington and Area Chamber of Commerce and the group Shelburne County Strong.

Firefighters from over 40 departments are expected to march in the parade.
