While it’s not Santa’s sleigh, one of the cruisers used by the Barrington RCMP will likely be just as full of toys in the coming days.
On Dec. 9th the RCMP detachment will partner up with Wilson’s Home Hardware in order to help children in need this holiday season.
Officers will be at the Home Hardware location from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. collecting toys.
On hand to accompany them will be Red Serge, the RCMP’s official mascot who will be posing for photos with children and adults if they are so inclined.
Anyone not able to make it out but wishing to donate may drop toys off at the RCMP station located at 2486 on Hwy. 3.
