Bedroom Window Debate – Open or Closed?

For decades there’s been a big debate as to what is healthier – sleeping with the bedroom window open or closed.

We now have an answer – A new sleep study looked at 40 people and their thinking skills and let that be the decisive factor.

Those who slept with their windows open performed better at thinking skills and claimed they had a better night’s rest.
