1 in 7 of us wordwide have Facebook.
In spite of all the criticism the app has faced in the last year for spreading disinformation, Facebook has it’s good points.
The obvious positive is that you can keep in touch with what is going on with family and friends who don’t live nearby.
My favourite thing, though, is the do it yourself videos of people building homes, converting vehicles to tiny homes, and the fix it videos of folks making old tools and objects new again. I can’t get enough of them. And all you have to do is watch one of them most of the way through, once, and Facebook will keep pumping them at you.
Second favourite – cat and dog videos. They never get old.
The worst of Facebook has to be the political posts that spread lies , disinformation or hate. I used to police my newsfeed and unfollow or even unfriend anyone who brings negativity and I now have a relatively stress-free experience.
