Big Investments For Millbrook First Nation Resilience Centre

The Provincial and Federal Governments are investing more then 8 million dollars to support a new resilience centre for Millbrook First Nation.
The centre will be a place dedicated to healing and resilience for Indigenous woman and girls, and 2SLGBTQIA people using culturally appropriate programming.

Minister Karla Macfarlane says the centre will help write a new chapter of healing, strength, and resilience led by Indigenous woman.
The funding from the Government of Canada comes from the Green and Inclusive Community Buildings Program.
