The Town of Bridgewater is putting on a seminar for anyone interested in running for council or mayor in this years municipal election.
The seminar is taking place on August 6 at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
There is no fee to attend, however, anyone planning to attend is asked to register by email. or by calling (902) 541-4385.
At the seminar participants will learn what’s involved in the nomination process, expectations for those who serve on Town Council, what kind of time commitment it takes, and details on the compensation that the Mayor and members of Town Council receive.
