Can We Get Some Better Highway Cams!? Here’s A Map Of Them All

I drive a lot for work, and whenever a storm is coming or going, I like to check the highway cams to see if the roads are clear where I’m headed. Don’t get me wrong these cams can be a handy tool, and some of them work just fine. But others? Honestly, they’re frustrating!
Some cameras don’t seem to work at all, while others are delayed or covered in grime, making it hard to get an accurate view. In situations where road conditions matter, that’s a big problem.
With newer technology available, these highway cams could be so much more helpful. Real-time, high-resolution images and better maintenance would make a huge difference for drivers like me who rely on them for safety and planning.
Here’s hoping upgrades are on the horizon—because with the right tech, these tools could go from “sometimes useful” to “essential.”
Here’s a map of all of them. You can click the imagie to see the cams.
