Candidates forum set for South Shore-St. Margaret’s riding in Bridgewater

Voters in South Shore–St. Margaret’s will have a chance to hear directly from the confirmed federal candidates during an upcoming forum in Bridgewater.

The event will be held at the Best Western Plus Bridgewater on Tuesday, April 22, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Candidates confirmed to attend include:

  • Rick Perkins, Conservative Party of Canada (incumbent)

  • Jessica Fancy-Landry, Liberal Party of Canada

  • Mark Embrett, Green Party of Canada

  • Patrick Shea Boyd, People’s Party of Canada

  • Hayden Henderson, Independent

Audience members will be able to submit questions when they arrive. A box will be available at the entrance to drop off questions directed to a specific candidate or to all participants. Questions will be drawn at random and asked as time permits.

The event is open to the public and designed to help residents learn more about each candidate’s views and priorities ahead of the federal election.
