Charges for crash in Antigonish County along Highway 104

Two people arrested after a fatal collision in Antigonish County on Highway 104.

RCMP charged a 41-year-old man and a youth from Afton for failing to stop after accident resulting in death.

The man is also being charged with obstructing justice.

They will both appear in court at a later date.

The crash occurred on November 1 before 10 p.m. near Dagger Woods Road and Pomquet Monks Head Road.

The four occupants of the SUV were taken to hospital where a youth died.

The farm vehicle driven by the arrested youth did not remain at the scene and was located shortly afterwards.
