In many households Christmas Fruitcake is a tradition. Not in our house.
I’ve never been much of a fan of fruitcake.
But my mom always has a light one and a dark one.
I sometimes wonder if they’re the same cakes from the previous Christmas.
Fruitcake has to be the heaviest food know to humankind.
One half slice is equivalent to two plates of corned beef and cabbage.
