We are such creatures of habit. I realized this the other morning when I pulled into the radio station parking lot just before 5am.
I have the entire parking lot to choose from, yet I always park in the same space by the side door.
But the craziest thing I do concerns cooking. I have a favourite stove top burner. I have no idea why, but my favourite burner is the one on my right in front.
There is absolutely no reason for choosing this one. Plus, it’s a small burner. I could just as easily use the large burner behind it. Or use the one on my left.
But no, I always use the small front one on my right.
What do you do out of habit. And am I the only person with a “favourite” burner?
