Investigators have a charged a Dartmouth teacher with a historical sexual assault.
Police say they received a report August 2023, about a sexual assault that happened at a school in Dartmouth in 2021.
The survivor was a youth at the time and the 42-year-old suspect was in a position of trust as a teacher.
The suspect was arrested November 9 and will appear in court at a later date facing charges of sexual assault and sexual exploitation.
