A major seizure of elvers in Digby County.
It happened in Meteghan over the weekend.
Five people from Maine were arrested, and 3.4 kilograms of elvers, a vehicle and fishing nets were seized.
Another 13 kilograms of elvers were seized in the same area, but those arrested were not involved.
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans says 95 people have been arrested since March 8.
The feds decided not to issue licenses this year for the lucrative baby eel fishery, and poaching has remained an issue.
