A recent study found that people who take short naps are the happiest people.

He said that he likes to take “cat naps” of 45 minutes to an hour, sometimes multiple times a day.
Meanwhile a NASA study from 1995 showed that a 26-minute power nap can improve alertness by 54 per cent.
A top neurologist says if you want to keep dementia at bay, eat more chocolate, take more naps and gorge on dandelion leaves.
Because I get up at 3am for the morning show, I have to nap for 25 minutes in the afternoon just to get through the day.
