With the news that Scotia Speedworld is opening a drive in movie theatre this summer, that brings the number of drive-ins in Nova Scotia to 4!
Many of us on the South Shore have made the trip to Cambridge in the Valley while others have visited the one in Pictou Couny or the one in Cape Breton!
The last time I went to the drive in was many years ago while working in Hamilton, Ontario. It was during one of the hottest, stickiest , most humid days of the summer.
I can’t even remember the movie we saw because, honestly, it was just too hot and humid and sticky to stay for the whole thing.
