A man from East Preston is wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant and is believed to be in HRM.
RCMP say Kirk Patrick Brown, 54, is facing charge of failing to comply with a release order.
He also has charges before the court involving intimate partner violence.
Brown is described as 6’2, 185 lbs with a shaved head and brown eyes.
