Ever walk into the lunchroom at work just as a coworker is unwrapping an egg salad sandwich?
There is no mistaking the smell of a good egg salad sandwich.
And it’s the one sandwich that I have to make at home, because the stores and restaurants just can’t make a good one.
Finely chopped onion, some salt, pepper and mayo.
And, the most important part – a sliced pickle and a few potato chips on the side.
