Our first hide tanning workshop of the year will take place on Wednesday, February 25th. Hosted by Maggie Oickle from Maggie’s Way, this workshop will guide you through the essential steps of hide tanning. You will learn about the necessary tools and equipment, and get a comprehensive overview of the process, including fleshing, dehairing, various tanning methods, stretching, and smoking a hide.
