A family of seven has been displaced after an afternoon fire at a home in Lunenburg.
According to the Canadian Red Cross, the fire on Kinley Drive was reported yesterday around 2p.m.
The home of an adult couple and five children was heavily damaged by the fire.
Volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross assisted the family with emergency lodging, and funds for food, clothing and other basics.
No injuries were reported.
