The federal wage subsidy is being extended to December.
The Prime Minister said they will provide more information on that extension later this week.
The extension is “to give greater certainty and support to businesses as we restart the economy,” Trudeau said.
The wage subsidy helps businesses who can’t afford their employees’ salaries because of their lost revenue due to the pandemic.
