Firefighters Responding to Residential Fire on Highway 331

Multiple Fire Departments are currently responding to a residential fire just outside of Bridgewater.

A small building caught on fire late this afternoon and at times black smoke could be seen billowing hundreds of feet in the air.

The blaze has already died down significantly but firefighters remain on the scene monitoring hotspots.

Firefighters at the scene were heard discussing that propane tanks were believed to be in the structure but that has yet to be confirmed.

Highway 331 in Conquerall Bank is currently closed from Jubilee Road to Conquerall Road due to an active fire scene.

At this point there is no information on the cause of the fire.
