Day five of a forest fire in Hassett, Digby County.
Firefighters are making progress, and have the 111 hectare fire 90 percent contained.
The Department of Natural Resources says 34 staff, seven volunteer firefighters and a helicopter remain on scene.
The fire was reported Monday afternoon, and generated a large response from DNRR and local fire departments.
Hassett wildfire update (11:49 a.m.) The fire is still 90% contained. It is being held at an estimated 111 hectares. 34 DNRR staff, 7 volunteer firefighters and 1 helicopter on scene.
