The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) has postponed its trail maintenance at the Gaff Point Nature Reserve.
They planned to lead volunteers on a day of trail clean up around Gaff Point, clearing debris and overgrown trees and other general trail maintenance.
Originally scheduled for on Saturday, July 6 the event organizers decided to hold out for better weather, with rain in the forecast for most of Saturday.
The rescheduled date has yet to be announced.
However, with the event postponed there is now more time for volunteers to sign up to help.
