Gas prices hitting record highs again

The province has used the interrupter clause again, causing another big spike in the price of gas.

On the South Shore, regular self-serve is sitting at a new maximum of just over $1.87 a litre.

It’s up 10.9 cents.

The max price for diesel in our region is now over $2.00 a litre after a 9.6 cent increase.

The high prices are because of the Russians invading Ukraine.
