Highway 103 in Shelburne County to re-open to all traffic

A section of Highway 103 is finally set to open up to all traffic.
As of 8 p.m. Thursday, the stretch between Exits 27 and 30 will no longer be blocked.
It’s been closed due to a large wildfire in the area.
The province says no stopping will be allowed because there’s still no access to local roads and properties.
Motorists will not have an escort on the highway as they did in Phase 1 of re-opening.
