A big day coming up for many Navy families in our region.
Two Halifax ships are deploying to Europe Monday, July 3 as part of Operation REASSURANCE.
HMCS Summerside and HMCS Shawinigan will join NATO’s efforts to strengthen security in these waters as they work alongside our allies.
This deployment will mark the first for HMCS Shawinigan and the second for HMCS Summerside on Operation REASSURANCE.
