A tiny little owl decided it wanted to go to the big apple and it hitched a ride on The Rockefeller Christmas Tree.
The transport company found the little cutie and passed it along to the Ravensbeard Wildlife Centre in New York.
The owl is one of the smallest in the Northeast, it’s a Saw-whet owl. Talk about cute!!!
Luckily the little guy is doing well. He was dehydrated but the Wildlife Centre has been giving him fluids and all the “mice he can eat”.
When he has a full bill of health he will be released to continue on his wild and wonderful journey!!
And what has the little guy been named? “Rockefeller” of course!!!
