How To Make A Homemade Air Conditioner!

It’s another hot one out there! There’s another heat warning in effect for the province and it’s important to stay cool and hydrated as much as possible! There seems to be a heat wave across much of the world right now! Europe is in very bad shape and it’s causing a ton of problems for people there. Back here at home, most of our heat problems are with the humidity! With a humidex of around 35 today, you’ll be what I like to call wet/hot!

There are some smart ways to stay cool however! A fan can only do so much and an air conditioner can be expensive and energy draining! There is a way to make your own however for as little as about 10 bucks! Here’s what you’ll need!

Homemade Air Conditioner

What You’ll Need

  • A cooler
  • PVC Pipe or any pipe or tube really
  • A Small Fan
  • Ice Packs or water bottles (you can refreeze these for cheap)

Do you have any unconventional ways to cool a room or a house? Just fans? A/C? Let me know!
