Marc Jordan is one of the most successful Canadian songwriters of all time, writing lyrics for countless top‑tier artists including Chicago, Kansas, Joe Cocker, and Rod Stewart.

His most famous work is probably the song he wrote for Rod Stewart called Rhythm of My Heart. An authorized biography also shares that title. Written by Don Breithaupt, it explores the icon’s life, musical style, and the challenges of living with dyslexia.
