It’s Still Good!

So, would you eat something that is past it’s expiry date?

Finally after over a week, most of the power outages have been restored. Along with the inconvenience of not having electricity I have also been hearing of people talk about having to throw out spoiled food. I also found myself checking expiry on items in the fridge as well while we were cleaning, organizing and getting things back to normal. Well, it seems there are a number of foods that can be consumed after they have expired.
