The latest internet discussion is whether you leave your toaster on the counter or put it away in the cupboard.
No one in our house uses the toaster anymore – it’s been replaced by the toaster oven. Yet the toaster still sits on the counter.
Which got me wondering about other appliances that rarely get used but get counter space – the bread maker (maybe once a month) and the stand mixer (once every two weeks)
Yet the rice cooker and the slow cooker which get used weekly must be put away after every use.
Do you put your toaster away or is it a permanent fixture on your counter?
