” I come from the strangest, wildest, most outrageous and colourful family..and over the years the stories about them I’ve told friends and coworkers have caused a lot of them to suggest that I write a book about my odd family life. Some even think it’s movie or tv material, it’s that crazy! Now that I’m approaching retirement I’m seriously considering writing that book – my parents are both gone now but my concern is with some of my many brothers and sisters and how they would react. I think there’s a chance a couple of them might feel hurt or embarrassed but I’m sure the majority of them would laugh it off. Here’s my dilemma. Should I change the names and write it under a pen name or should I just go for the full truth?”
