This weekend the South Shore Lumberjacks will be starting their preseason.
After a disappointing season last year that saw the Jacks finish last amongst all teams in the Maritime Hockey League in a season that was disrupted on multiple occasions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Jacks get their preseason underway Saturday, September 11 with a rivalry game against the Yarmouth Mariners. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at the Mariners Centre in Yarmouth.
On Sunday, September 12 the Jacks will play their first home game of the preseason with them welcoming the Valley Wildcats for a 7:30 p.m. puck drop.
Tickets are available through the Jacks website for Saturday’s game and COVID-19 regulations will be enforced.
