The Town of Lunenburg has made it much easier to access zoning information with the launch of a new online tool that offers detailed zoning information.
On Monday, they launched a new online map that lists all zoning provisions for all public and private land in Lunenburg.
Prior to the online map, anyone seeking zoning information had to contact the town in-person or over the phone.
The launch of the map comes at a good time as the town recently implemented changes to its Land Use Bylaw, which has led to many residents being curious if it changed anything for them.
The map can be used to find what zone(s) apply to properties under the three-layer lot/form/use designations in the new Land Use Bylaw.
