Lunenburg RCMP investigating lobster theft

Lunenburg District RCMP are investigating the theft of lobsters valued at about $300 from a property on South Side Road in Stonehurst.

Officers responded to a report on December 5, after it was discovered that lobster traps had been tampered with and the lobsters taken.

The theft is believed to have happened overnight on December 4.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Lunenburg District RCMP at 902-634-8674. Anonymous tips can be submitted through Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), online at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca, or via the P3 Tips app.
