Majority of NSians satisfied with Houston govt; Narrative Research

A majority of Nova Scotians are satisfied with the Houston government’s performance.

According to a Narrative Research poll, as of last month 60 percent approve.

That’s up 16 percentage points from last year at this time.

The Houston government won a super-majority in November’s provincial election.

Most residents are also happy with Premier Tim Houston’s response to U.S. tariffs, where he’s been vocal on the issue.

Meanwhile only 27 percent of respondents said they’re satisfied with the way the province has dealt with the cost-of-living.
