Victoria County District RCMP have charged a 36-year-old man from Lower Truro after investigating a fatal collision in Baddeck Inlet.
It happened on October 7 on Highway 105.
Police say a tractor trailor collided with a vehicle before crashing into the ditch.
A 45-year-old man and 49-year-old woman both from British Columbia were pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect was arrested on April 24 facing two charges Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance Causing Death but was released on conditions.
He is scheduled to appear in court June 4.
