A 59 year old man has been charged in relation to historical sexual assaults in the HRM.
They happened in the late 1980s at an elementary school in Eastern Passage, and in the 1990s at a home in Lucasville
There were 2 victims, both were youths at the time of the offences.
The man involved was in a position of trust to one of the victims.
He turned himself into police on October 20th after a months-long investigation.
He was released on conditions and is due in court next month.
