Man Faces Charges After Firearms Complaint in Bridgewater

A Bridgewater man is facing charges following a firearms complaint Tuesday on Scotia Street.

Police say a witness reported that a firearm was unsafely transported and left in the yard.

Officers arrived on scene and secured the area.

Five men and one woman were in the home at the time and the weapon was confirmed to be an air rifle.

Police say a man is facing charges of breaching a court order and possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace.
