A Lunenburg County man is facing multiple charges after an incident on Friday night.
Around 10pm, Bridgewater Police service responded to reports of a male attempting to break into a truck by smashing the window.
Police say the intoxicated male was tracked down by police K9, then proceeded to assault officers during his arrest.
No one involved required medical attention.
They say during their investigation they discovered the same man had also damaged a second vehicle.
The Lunenburg county man in his 20’s is being charged with two counts of Mischief, Resisting Arrest, and three counts of Assaulting a Police Officer.
He has since been released and is expected in court on January 20th.
