The man involved in a voyeurism incident in a Lower Sackville bathroom has turned himself in.
RCMP say it was July 8 when they received a report of a man entering the women’s bathroom at a business on Sackville Drive and watched a woman while lying on the floor.
The suspect, a 32-year-old man from Beaver Bank was arrested Thursday.
He was released on conditions and will appear in court in September.
