The captain of the Yarmouth Mariners has been named the MHL’s Character Player of the Year
Forward Will Chisholm of Lunenburg scored 24 goals in the regular season.
Head Coach and GM Laurie Barron says he’s a great player and a better person, who cares about the team, town and fan base.
Chisholm was also named an Eastlink South Division all-star, along with Mariner goalie Thomas Fontaine.
Yarmouth resumes their first-round playoff series against Summerside this weekend at home, the series is tied at one.
