N.S. driving tests can now be booked, paid for online

You can finally book and pay for a drivers test online.

A new system unveiled by the province also allows you to cancel, reschedule or make changes.

In the past, road tests could only be booked via phone or at an Access Nova Scotia location.

Service Nova Scotia minister Jill Balser says Nova Scotians expect government services to be available online, and this helps take the stress away of preparing for a drivers test.

A pilot project for the new service was put in place in Lower Sackville in June, over 4,600 road tests were booked.
