Two province-wide arrest warrants for a man believed to be in the Halifax Regional Municipality.
RCMP say Darcy Raymond Delbert Caldwell, 37, is wanted for:
- Being at Large on Release Order,
- Fails to Comply with Condition (two counts),
- Theft Over $5000,
- Fraud,
- Fail to Comply with Recognizance or Undertaking,
- Theft Under $5000.
Caldwell is described as 6-foot-1, 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
