Ironically, the last time I had a deviled egg was at a church social.
“Deviled” eggs have nothing to do with the supernatural.
To devil something is to add something spicy or hot like pepper, mustard or tabasco sauce.
Making deviled eggs is easy. Hard boil or steam some eggs, peel, slice in half lengthways, remove yolk halves and mix with mayo and or mustard.
Then use an icing bag to squirt the mixture back in the egg white.
Sprinkle with paprika.
