If we’re not being picky about the definition, Cherry Cheesecake is my absolute favourite!
Then there is an older cake you don’t hear much about anymore – Pineapple cake – whipped cream and juicy pineapple slices. MMMmm.
Not a big fan of chocolate cake, but I would never turn down a slice of Black Forest cake. I wonder why that is? Perhaps the rum flavour in addition to the chocolate?
And finally, my favourite cake at birthdays has to be an Angel Food cake with Buttercream frosting.
