A Lunenburg County woman was arrested over the weekend in relation to an early morning stabbing in New Germany.
Lunenburg County RCMP responded to a call for an injured man at a residence in New Germany around 3 am Sunday.
Police say they found a 28-year-old Cambridge man inside the house with a stab wound to his upper back, who said he was stabbed by a woman known to him.
RCMP later found the suspect in a house nearby.
A 23-year-old New Germany woman was arrested and remains in custody.
Police say they are investigating the matter and ask anyone with information to call the Lunenburg District RCMP or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers.
No names have been released.
