Nighttime Listening!

For as long as I can remember I’ve always liked a little bit of noise to go to sleep to! Either the radio, an audio book or just music! I’m sure I’m not the only one. Turns out there is some science behind this.

According to the SleepFoundation.org listening to music during sleep can calm your nervous system and help the brain calm down and relax into a deeper sleep! Click the link for more info! If you do listen to music or anything else as you sleep be ready for some pretty weird dreams. Sometimes I’ll even see the lyrics which is kind of strange!

What do you listen to a night? Or do you prefer complete silence?
